Returns & Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you made from Pretty Valley Home. If you wish to return or exchange your merchandise for any reason, you may do so within 30 days after date of purchase for exchange, refund or credit (excluding delivery and handling charges). Credits are issued to you in the original form of payment. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned. If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, please contact Customer Service. We will either do an exchange or issue a gift certificate. Please see below for specific return packing instructions.
You may ship the return merchandise to the address shown on your packing slip. Be sure to include your name, address, and zip code on the back of your packing slip. We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive in our warehouse. If you are returning the item(s), we will issue refund in the original form of payment for the amount of the item(s) within the return period. After the return period, store credit will be issued. If you are exchanging the item(s) and the amount for the replacement item exceeds the cost for the return item, please include payment for the additional amount.
1. List the item(s) being returned on the back of your packing slip along with the reason for return.
2. Please indicate whether you would like to exchange the item(s) or prefer a credit/payment back.
3. Include the packing slip with the returned item(s).
4. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return.

Damages or Packing Errors

We will process your refunds once we receive the item. For North American customers, this can take up to 7-14 business days depending on the postal method you choose in returning the item to us. If your initial order was placed with a credit card, the credit will be applied to your account and usually appears on your statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. Refund process time for customers living outside of North America may vary depending on location.
Sale prices are offered to our customers for a limited time and only on specific merchandise. Sale prices are not applicable to prior purchase.
